The New Hampshire Society of Professional Engineers and the Vermont Society of Professional Engineers cordially invite you to our Annual Meeting. This year’s featured guest is Howard Blitman, P.E. current President of the National Society of Engineers.
This year’s event includes an optional round of golf at the Lake Morey Country Club, prior to the social hour and dinner.

*Mr. Blitman is president of the Blitman Building Corporation of Westchester County, New York and is a licensed professional engineer in New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Jersey and South Carolina. During his 40 years of service to NSPE, Mr. Blitman has been the Society’s treasurer and a member of numerous committees and task forces. He serves on the Board of Trustees of the NSPE Educational Foundation and was chairman of both NSPE’s Professional Engineers in Construction (PEC) practice division and the Engineer Title Pursuit Fund Task Force. In April 2001 Mr. Blitman was named a Fellow Member of the National Society of Professional Engineers.
Mr. Blitman holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from RPI and a master’s degree in political science and government from the Graduate Faculty of the New School.
